  The National Committee for Air Pollution Reduction is inviting Expressions of Interest for a technical and economic study on the construction of a facility to annually produce, service, and install twenty thousand energy efficient stoves of different types that meet European standards.

  The deadline to submit Expressions of Interest is March 01, 2013. The Expressions of Interest should be submitted in electronic version to enkhjargal@president.mn and delivered in printed version in 2 copies either in Mongolian or English (with Mongolian translation included) to the following address:

The Expression of Interest should include the following:

1.    Technical concept note
2.    Evaluation assessment of proposed technology by a professional organization
3.    Background information about the organization submitting the Expression of Interest including relevant experience
4.    Provide a tentative timeline for the construction process
5.    CVs of experts to be involved
