Энэ удаагийн айлчлал Монгол Улсын төрийн тэргүүний түвшинд тус улсад 12 жилийн дараа хийж буй айлчлал юм. Төрийн айлчлалаар харилцааны түвшнийг шат ахиулж, “Иж бүрэн түншлэл”-д хүргэсэн нь харилцааны түүхийн нэгэн шинэ хуудсыг нээсэн онцгой үйл явдал гэдгийг онцлов.
